Warranty

All ZIIV PROJECT products are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against rare manufacturer defects. However, ZIIV PROJECT does not provide any other warranty claims. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of a new and unused product, supported by proof of purchase from an Authorized ZIIV PROJECT dealer showing the purchase date and price.

The following items are not covered under warranty at the discretion of ZIIV PROJECT:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage resulting from improper installation.
• Damage caused by fitting with other aftermarket items.
• Any damage due to a crash.
• Damage due to improper maintenance or muffler packing maintenance.
• Any damages, consequential, incidental, special, contingent, or otherwise, or expenses or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of any ZIIV PROJECT Exhaust System or product.

Extent of Warranty:

All valid warranty claims submitted to ZIIV PROJECT will be addressed through repair or replacement by ZIIV PROJECT.  We are not liable for any other expenses incurred by the customer under the terms of this limited warranty, nor for any damages, consequential, incidental, special, contingent, or otherwise, or expenses or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of merchandise purchased from Two Brothers Racing.

Customers are responsible for shipping any merchandise returned to ZIIV PROJECT at their expense, along with proof of purchase and a return authorization number. ZIIV PROJECT reserves the right to determine if the warranty terms outlined above have been followed correctly. Failure to comply with these terms renders the warranty void. ZIIV PROJECT is the sole authority on determining abuse, misuse, installation errors, and modifications. Any such findings void this warranty.
