ZIIV PROJECT strives to provide accurate information regarding the compliance of our products with regulations, noise levels, and suitability for competition or street/highway use within specific allowable areas. However, unless a specific product is explicitly labelled with compliance details indicating its approved use in certain areas, ZIIV PROJECT does not assert or guarantee certified homologation within any specific jurisdiction.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to select the appropriate product based on their intended use and location. Given that regulations can change over time, we advise checking our website's terms and conditions for updated compliance information.

Furthermore, it is crucial to use our products in accordance with all local regulations. Failure to do so may result in the invalidation of compliance. ZIIV PROJECT disclaims any liability in situations where testing of exhaust systems is conducted in areas or territories using specifications that differ from those provided by ZIIV PROJECT for compliance purposes.

 

Pricing and Taxes

The displayed price of the goods does not include shipping and handling, unless otherwise mentioned. The postage and handling charges will be indicated during the checkout process after selecting the delivery country and method, prior to order confirmation.

For deliveries to countries outside the Philippines, import duties may be imposed upon receipt of the goods. These duties are the responsibility of the recipient. ZIIV PROJECT is not responsible for covering any incurred duties. Items may not be delivered if the recipient/purchaser fails to pay the required duties in full.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

The duration of all implied warranties is limited to the duration of the express warranty. All incidental or consequential damages are hereby excluded.

ZIIV PROJECT offers replacements or refunds for faulty products returned within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to meeting the warranty returns criteria:

(Note: Refunds or replacements are only provided if the Manufacturer deems the Warranty Claim meets their criteria and after their investigation into any faults or defects has concluded).

• Contact us by email before returning the part or unit. Provide detailed and accurate information about the product's faults for the manufacturer's investigation.
• The product must not have been damaged, modified, or tampered with in any way. Any modifications will void the manufacturer's warranty, and no refunds or replacements will be issued.
• Warranty returns are subject to inspection and/or testing by the manufacturer before credits are issued.
• Purchasers are responsible for shipping charges back to us.
• Freight must be sent back with a trackable consignment number. We cannot be held responsible for the shipment until it has been received by us.

 

Wrong Product

If a customer orders the wrong product, ZIIV PROJECT may, at our discretion, accept the return of the product and provide a credit for the sale price, excluding a Restocking & Administration Fee and the actual shipping charge (which may exceed the original delivery charge due to subsidized freight charges). The product must be unopened and in a resalable condition (not fitted to a vehicle). Credits are subject to the following conditions:

• Contact us by email before returning the part or unit.
• Return the product to us within 7 days of receipt by the Purchaser. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the purchaser; we do not accept "receiver pays" shipments.
• The product and its packaging must be in "as new" condition upon receipt by us. We cannot accept exhaust systems that have been fitted to a vehicle.
• When returning a part or unit, use a freight service that provides insurance and tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for it until we receive it.

Please note that these conditions are subject to our discretion at ZIIV PROJECT.

 

Confidentiality

All sensitive information, such as credit card details, is securely stored and transmitted in encrypted form to ensure confidentiality. Customer details are never shared with third parties and are used strictly in compliance with the Data Protection Act.

 

Indemnity

By using this site, you agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the site.

 

Consumer Rights

Your legal rights as a consumer remain unchanged by the Terms and Conditions mentioned above.

 

Disclaimer: This exhaust is intended for race use only and has not been homologated. Its installation is at the buyer's own risk and may void all warranties. The seller bears no responsibility in the unlikely event of damage occurring to the motorcycle that is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty directly resulting from the installation of this exhaust. The seller assumes no responsibility for legal action or any consequences arising from the use of this exhaust on public highways.
