Orders are typically shipped within 10-15 days. If we are unable to dispatch your order within this timeframe, please contact us via email for further information. ZIIV PROJECT utilizes UPS services for worldwide shipping, which is governed by UPS terms and conditions.

ZIIV PROJECT assumes no liability for any lost or damaged shipments once they have been transferred to UPS for delivery. In the event of any shipping issues, customers must follow UPS investigation procedures, and all responsibility and liability rest with UPS while the consignment is under their care.

 

Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

We at ZIIV PROJECT strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our refund and returns policy below for clarity on how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

If you cancel your order within the first 7 days, there will be a $50 administrative fee applied. In the event that the goods are faulty, you have the right to cancel the contract, return the goods, and receive either a full refund or replacement goods, provided the goods are returned in their original unused condition.

For returns of non-faulty goods that are unwanted, a 40% restocking fee will be charged along with applicable postal costs. Kindly notify us via email before returning any goods, stating the reason for the return.

Cancellations made after 7 days from the order date but before delivery will incur a 20% restocking fee due to production having commenced. Orders cannot be cancelled after 14 days from the order date.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from receipt. We offer a hassle-free return policy; however, non-defective items will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.

Here are the key points of our return policy:

• Returned parts must be in brand new, unused, unopened, and in original condition, including the manufacturer's original packaging with all tags intact.
• Returns will be accepted for manufacturer-related issues under the condition that the customer provides photographic evidence demonstrating that the fault was not caused by them.
• Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including electrical items, special/made-to-order items, windscreens, bodywork, carbon fiber parts, closeout items, or used parts.
• You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning your order.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return by ZIIV PROJECT, we will process your refund. The refund amount will be credited back to your original method of payment, minus the shipping fee, within 24-48 hours. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-8 business days after the credit is applied for it to reflect in your account.
